Presently, Parul is the Country Programme Manager, of UN-Habitat, India office.

Autif Sayyed leads the South Asia Green Building program for International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. The program aims to mainstream construction of resource efficient buildings through targeted investments, setting of market standards, and government policies.

Autif has supported mandatory Green Building codes for 7 national and local governments and facilitated green building code compliance for over 18 million square meters of built space. He is currently facilitating certification of more than 200 projects using IFC’s EDGE green building certification. Autif also led the development and implementation of IFC’s Green Building course that has been delivered to students in over 60 colleges globally.

A trained Architect and Building Sustainability Expert, Autif previously worked with Johnson Controls in USA as an Energy Program Manager. He has over 20 years’ experience consulting governments, building developers and designers on resource efficiency.

Rathish Balakrishnan comes with 20+ years of experience across the corporate and social sector. As Partner and Managing Partner at Sattva, he brings extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing large-scale solutions that brings together leading foundations, corporations, civil society organizations, and the government. 

He has deep and wide-spread hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, skill development, livelihoods, women empowerment, forced labour, and child rights. Rathish has contributed at both state and national level policy discussions across education and skill development. Prior to founding Sattva Consulting, he has worked in global organisations across Research & Development, Engineering, Product Management and Corporate Strategy.
